Overview
A weekend of learning and exploring new strengths and abilities through adventure and growth. High ropes course, archery, indoor rock climbing, and education.
You will learn:
Useful cognitive tools to enhance your memory. Learn how to build habits that will create new synaptic connections and possibilities.
Emotional Response: Understanding the changes in your emotional responses and creating them to be in your best interest.
Belief in positive outcomes. Positively educated peer-to-peer guidance will show you it's possible to have a life you love after a brain injury.
Saturday 9am - 6:30pm. Lunch and dinner included.
Sunday 9am - 5pm. Lunch included.
Clothing - closed-toe shoes, long pants, sweater/jacket to accommodate the weather.
Bring a water bottle, snacks
Come as a pair survivor and caregiver. Or as an individual survivor OR caregiver.
